Overview

Project Horseshoe Farm offers two weekly school-based school tutoring, mentoring, and activities programs for children in our community. We also offer additional after school programming through the Horseshoe Farm Community Clubhouse.

School based programs include on program for 4th and 5th grade students and one for students in middle school. Approximately 10-15 volunteers work in each program each week to help the 25-30 students enrolled in each program. We try to work closely and in partnership with the principals and teachers of Greensboro Elementary and Middle Schools to try to help the students as much as possible with their behavior, character development, and math skills.

Students involved in these programs may be eligible for involvement in additional after school programming offered at the Horseshoe Farm Community Clubhouse.
