Admissions Overview

We will be using a rolling admissions process and applications will be accepted beginning September 1 for Fellowship positions beginning the following summer (For example, applicants for the 2010-11 Fellowship class may submit their application as early as September 1, 2009). After we receive and review your application, we will contact you about scheduling a 30 minute telephone interview. After completing the telephone interview, we will discuss your application within the admissions committee and then notify you whether you have been accepted. If you receive notification of acceptance, you will have two weeks to let us know whether you want to accept the spot or need to defer your decision. To help us and to be fair to other applicants, if you need to defer your decision, please let us know what factors will determine your final decision and try to give us a reasonable sense of the likelihood that you will ultimately accept the position. We will continue to consider applications until we fill the class with accepted applicants who have agreed to accept positions. If you are interested in the Fellowship, we encourage you to apply early in the application period to ensure that you will be considered before we fill our available Fellowship positions.
